Prior to Badger, Aaron was a venture capital and private equity investor at Summit Partners and American Securities. Aaron co-founded Badger Maps in 2012 after seeing a need for Badger's product with portfolio companies who struggled with field sales efficiency. Earlier in his career, Aaron was a tank officer in the U.S. Army and participated in the initial invasion into Iraq in 2003. Aaron holds a BS from West Point and an MBA from Stanford.

Prior to Badger, Steve was an enterprise sales person for Google, selling Google Maps to businesses, where Steve saw a need from Google Maps customers for the product that Badger now provides. Prior to Google, Steve was in sales at IBM and Autonomy. Steve received a Bachelors in Geography from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Stanford.

Gady Pitaru was a senior geographic information systems (GIS) engineer at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, where he created infrastructure mapping applications (both mobile and web) for internal and external customers. Gady was also a faculty member for the GIS Masters program at Arizona State, teaching courses in GIS application development. Gady has a GIS Masters from Arizona State University.
