    Fordham University & M.S. Degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. Tom left his successful exec. search business and
    is now devoting full time to commercializing the BLS.

    Tom is a strong believer in harnessing the energy and support of the non-profit
    sector in support of infant safety.

  • Allen Van Camp
    Chief of Safety, Certification and Manufacturing

    Ex-Navy submarine navigator, 8 years, with 21 years in quality assurance, engineering and extensive experience in new marine product development, quality assurance, UL/ISO lab management, production engineering, business processes, and technical services. Allen holds 3 innovative life jacket patents and now consults with Marine industry product manufacturers in several countries.
