Being a boater, Stan is an excellent communicator and the ultimate spokesperson. He displays great entrepreneurial drive as he started several businesses related to wind generators, solar panels, backup batteries and green products. Stan has invaluable management experience in handling complex projects, maintaining relationship with suppliers, investors, and clients, and negotiating risks and challenges.

An avid sailor and boater for over 30 years, Filippo was recently the Managing Director for Quick USA, Inc., a large manufacturer of nautical equipment (from windlasses to thrusters, gyro stabilizers, battery chargers, lighting, etc.) to the U.S. and Caribbean market. As an independent business owner for over 25 years, Filippo provides the management skills required to run an efficient and effective business.

Udo has been in the marine industry since early age at many levels: from laminating fiberglass to growing his family business into the 4th largest importer of boats from the U.S. to Europe. Udo moved permanently to the United States in 2001 and quickly became a major broker/wholesaler of used boats, exporting globally.
