Jeff brings 18 years of experience in renewable energy design, installation, troubleshooting, training and business development. In 2000 Jeff co-founded Chesapeake Wind & Solar. In 2008 his company was listed on Inc. Magazine’s 500 fastest growing small companies. Later that same year his company was acquired by groSolar. In 2010 Solar City acquired the company from groSolar. Jeff holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

Executive Director of IEC Chesapeake and a key figure in Workforce Development for over 17 years. He grew the organization from a single 1-room office to multiple training centers including a new 30,000 square feet facility in Laurel, MD. He is a member of 4 different workforce development councils and is frequently asked to speak at workshops and panels. He was IEC Executive Director of the Year for 2002 and 2008.

Mark is founder and operations director of Mark Leisher Productions. He is an award-winning filmmaker with expertise in full-length documentaries and environmental videos. An adventure filmmaker by heart, Mark has 10 years of experience in producing videos around the world. His expertise behind the lens has earned him numerous credits most video genres. Mark holds a BS in Film Production / Cinematographer.
