Azimuth manages private, non-traded Real Estate Investment Trusts. We also coordinate cooperative investing groups, acting as the general partner for each project. In many projects, Azimuth invests its funds alongside our investors. We manage each project as if we were the actual owner.     Mr. Trimble holds a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the United States Coast Guard Academy, a Master’s of Science Degree in Strategic Intelligence from the National Defense Intelligence College, and a Master’s of Science degree in Systems Architecture and Engineering from the University of Southern California, and a management certificate from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Business.

    COO

    Ms. Sosa has 15+ years experience in financial analysis, having worked for prominent firms such as Humana and Electronic Data Systems. Ms. Sosa has experience as a sales and leasing executive, a property manager, and a investment management professional.

    Ms. Sosa has a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance from the Florida State University, and a Master’s of Science in Education from Marymount University.
