Robert has years of experience in operations and business management in oil & gas and engineering companies. His expertise spans from refining and technology disciplines to entrepreneurial ventures. As an entrepreneur and investor, he started a consulting & real estate business and provided seed capital to the original owners of iRent2u.com.

Robert earned a MBA at Pepperdine University and MS in Chemical Engineering.

Wayne Lopez's skill set lends a rare balance of strong technical knowledge, natural leadership abilities, and overall business savvy. From consulting to his transition into building and leading IT teams for startups, Wayne has proven intrapreneurial success in multiple spaces. His passion for using technology to solve real customer problems has driven him to launch Ayoopa, an online rental marketplace for travel and outdoor gear.

Ryan Cojoe is a co-founder of Ayoopa. Prior to Ayoopa, Ryan was Product Director for PowerRunner LLC, a startup software company. Mr. Cojoe started his career as a consultant for Accenture. At Accenture, he was a Senior Manager specializing in Supply Chain and Logistics. Mr. Cojoe has a BS of Industrial Engineering from LSU. He received his MBA in Entrepreneurship at Rice University.

Erin has 8 years of Management Consulting experience, with emphasis on Marketing and Technology. Her expertise centers around creating and executing customer acquisition strategies and encouraging user adoption of new technologies. She has been serving in the role of Marketing Lead for Ayoopa since January 2014.

Erin earned her BBA in Marketing and Management from Texas A&M University.

Sam has 10+ years of international living and work experience in the education sector, 10+ years of work experience in the travel sector and 2+ years in the shared economy travel industry as a community manager. He has lived in China, Japan, Laos, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, Spain, Egypt, East Timor and Mozambique for varying lengths of time and can get by in 9-10 languages if his life depended on it.
