Sub-Satellite platform able to stay in ultra-low orbit indefinitely long by converting a top-atmosphere drag into a thrust use only solar energy. No new space junk and threats from the old because non active satellites do not able to fly at such heights more than few days. Advantages from low orbits - higher resolution images and possibility of communication with small wearable devices.
