After college, Mr. Kraft held several management positions with Montgomery Ward. He then purchased and operated several franchised consumer service facility operations in the Twin Cities for 22 years. The past 17 years he has co-owned and operated Award Baking International, d.b.a. for Kenny B's Cookie Company.

Mr. Laughlin has 22 years experience in the food and beverage industry with positions in operations, R&D, sales and marketing. He managed businesses for General Mills for over a decade including Betty Crocker Desserts. He spent the last 14 years operating a leadership and management development consulting firm.

30 years experience in operations and production management with companies including Upsher-Smith Labs., Amerilab Tech., and Waymouth Farms
