We provide the expertise, knowledge, skills, and abilities to provide a equitable hiring and promotional process. As a retired African-American Female Fire Captain, I know the experiences of competing in a male-dominated career field, especially fire departments. We will provide the departments with a fair process that encourages minorities and females.
