Prior to acquiring a stake in AVOTRA, Isidro was a managing principal at Halcyon Investment Advisers UK ltd., responsible for over 2 billion USD in European investments in several sectors including technology and logistics. Isidro is a cum laude graduate of Harvard University, where he received a BA in Government as a John Harvard Scholar.

Mr. Rosen was the head of the Bear Stearns Legal Department IP/Technology /Contracts/Privacy Group. As Chief Privacy Legal Counsel, he developed and implemented all privacy and information security policies. Mr. Rosen obtained his law degree cum laude from Fordham Law School, and was a member of the Fordham Law Review.

10 years in investment banking (mergers and acquisitions with a particular emphasis on structuring shareholder and joint venture partnerships) and most recently, responsible for the introduction of the global luxury brand Buccellati to the UK, setting up and managing Buccellati UK. In addition to AVOTRA, serves as MD of Buccellati UK. Holds a BS in Finance from Babson College, and MBA from Bocconi University, Milan, Italy.
