Tech/Mktg VP for a nationwide networking startup co., which he grew to over $20M in three years. He founded Cybermedic a medical diagnostic device mfr, and took it public, raising $5M. In '92, Cybermedic changed the name to Colorado MEDtech. In '00, CMED sold $75M & employed 500.

Chief Operations OfficerMr. Cross founded Crossconcepts Construction in 1982 in Connecticut. Relocated the company to Longmont, CO in 1999 and has been a successful general contractor for over 25 yrs. He has directed all aspects for 125 to 160 construction projects annually. He has managed hundreds of subcontractors including directional boring equipment operators. He was a sales executive for Colorado Doorways responsible for $5M of revenue per yr.

Business Development CoordinatorDave was an early Avivid investor in 2016. He is a lifelong self-employed entrepreneur, business owner, real estate developer and Professional Land Surveyor. He worked for 25 years acquiring mineral exploration properties for mining companies in every western state. He has worked on EPA mine cleanup sites in Boulder County and has firsthand knowledge of the extent and impact of acid mine water discharge into our watersheds.

VP of Business OperationsMs. Kessner joined Avivid in 2018 after completing her Master in Environmental Policy from CU Boulder's Masters of the Environment program. Previously, she was a Business Operations Manager at Sun Microsystems and an IT Project Manager at IBM. She is the board President of the Southern Plains Land Trust, a Colorado environmental nonprofit. She has managed global IT rollout projects, software development teams, and fundraising activities.
