Company Summary
We promote and manage shared ownership of Light Sport Aircraft among groups of 4-16 individuals. Initial share purchase price includes new pilot or transition training. Monthly maintenance fee covers all recurring expenses except fuel. AAP reduces costs and hassles associated with aircraft ownership. Our network of Flight Centers is designed to increase the pilot population, change the economies of scale in the industry and promote community.

Rick MatthewsCEO
Mr. Matthews has an extensive aviation business background. He received a BA in Aviation Mgmt from Middle Tennessee State, followed by an MBA from Brenau College. He began researching and pioneering the fractional ownership concept for light aviation in the late 90’s. During this time he was on the tail end of a 20-year corporate career with aerospace contractors such as General Dynamics, Martin Marietta, and Lockheed.

Leonard AssanteVP, Communications
Mr. Assante is an accomplished communications professional with decades of experience teaching, training, and evaluating public, group, mediated and mass communications. Mr. Assante is Chairman of the Department of Communication at Volunteer State Community College and has served in many leadership roles, including leading the faculty as Speaker of the Faculty Council. He holds a BA and MA in Communication and is a private pilot.

Darden HamiltonVP, Business Development
Darden's background includes 35 years of Aviation Business Development experience with organizations such as Cessna, Garrett, Honeywell, ARINC, /Boeing, and the USAF. He was elected to two terms in the AZ State Senate. In the aviation field, Mr. Hamilton holds a Pilot license, A&P rating, 2 degrees in Aircraft Engineering and holds FAA Instrument and Advanced Ground Instructor ratings. He has over 3000 hours as a flight test aircrew.

Timothy BrooksVP, Aircraft Acquisition and Management
Mr. Brooks has a diverse technical and educational background and holds two U.S. patents. Tim holds an A & P, I.A. and Pilot certificate. Tim has assisted and advised owners/builders on FARs and proper building techniques for homebuilts and is currently building a Mustang II. Tim has worked with the FAA for compliance of repair stations, 135 operations and the early certification processes for SLSA and has been affiliated with ASTM, EAA, and FAA
