Aviation Safety Management (ASM) provides a service to businesses which assists them to easily manage safety and risk. The service includes access to a web based software package, configured to suit each customer's needs, and support and training to help customers develop the skills required to manage safety and risk professionally.

ASM developed the software (SERA) over six years using the knowledge of industry experts and the input from user experience. This adaptive customer approach has given our customers a finer-grained control over the software development process and provided them an opportunity to alter the direction of the program development. This has lead to much closer relationship with our customers and created a true business partnership.

ASM has focused predominantly on the aviation industry as this market has been poorly serviced and has an urgent need for change. To date marketing has been by word of mouth between customers with a steady organic growth. ASM has customers in Australia, Indonesia, China, PNG, Africa and Turkey.

We are finding that more customers are becoming unsatisfied with the traditional big players in the market and seeking out alternatives. ASM has secured customers that have previously used our competitors software, and we have won tenders against these providers. The feedback we are receiving is that our software SERA is significantly better than what's available.
