Sarah is the founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman. Originally trained in property development, in her early career she was involved in the successful construction of many retail, housing and commercial properties. Managing cross-disciplinary teams this included the design and build out of over 25 and Michelin star rated high end restaurants and the first implementation of French cooking equipment in North America.

Nir is Avenir’s COO and General Counsel. He has over 25 years’ experience as a strategic consultant in all areas of the hospitality industry, including as a principal negotiator in fund formations, and is involved in all of Avenir’s business development, finance and corporate administration activities.

Adam is Vice President with responsibility for Culinary Development. He is one of 62 Certified Master Chefs in America with more than thirty years of experience in the high-end foodservice and hospitality sectors. With expertise in global cuisines and years spent directing culinary education, he brings a wealth of advanced culinary skills and techniques to Avenir.

Jill is Vice President with responsibility for account development and education. She has a culinary degree specializing in food science and nutrition and is an experienced Chef and businesswoman. During her 16 years in this sector she has worked as a Chef in hospitality food service, as a food safety educator and as a market manager for a major culinary equipment player.

Howard is a 15 year professional corporate chef, having worked with Emeril and other noted chefs and specializes in commercial implementation and scaled food service operations.

Pascaline is responsible for the finance and development activities of Avenir. With degrees from Stanford and Wharton, she has worked at the World Bank, Goldman Sachs and Kimpton Hotels and restaurants in senior finance roles.

Martin is accomplished in computer science and engineering with experience implementing and administrating system solutions for the business sector
