Company Summary

AVC housing is designed for 55+baby boomers to age in place. All floor plans are wheelchair friendly, age appropriate, and reasonably priced. There is nothing on the market to rival what has been designed. AVC looks for land near a resort, colleges, hospitals and doctors. We target the middle income market which is the largest. All members of the construction team are LEED certified.

    I owned and operated a successful photography studio for 35 years. Worked as a real estate broker for 3 years where I learned to create a planned development. I personally designed all of the floor plans, some of the landscaping, and some of the potential activities for the residents.

    Graduated with a B S in architecture at Clemson University. He is a 1st place winner in a national competition sponsored by the US Green Building Council. Won an Outstanding Stewardship award from the Lower Cape Fear Stewardship Council. He is a specialist in sustainable vernacular design.
