Auron aims to develop differentiation therapies that induce transformation of malignant cells into normal cells by reactivating cellular programs to elicit tumor cell maturation. Our platform allows integration of large -omic datasets and chemical screening to rapidly identify and validate multiple drugs and targets from human patient samples. The initial focus will be in AML however, differentiation therapy is applicable to all human cancers.
