Florencia is a Latin American Entrepreneur with experience in startup development and management. Fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese she holds a BA in Social Psychology from University of Maryland College Park and is currently an MBA Candidate for Class 2013 at Babson College.

Phela Townsend is a first year MIT Sloan MBA student who has spent the last five years working as an HR Manager in union and non-union environments at Pratt and Whitney and Kraft Foods. She holds a BA in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. Phela has been the manager, who sought low cost, temporary, work-on-demand alternatives to full-time labor.
