AudioMate, Inc. is a programmatic digital audio advertising company incorporated in the State of California.

Our company is based on a model of cutting out the middlemen that dominate the traditional audio ad sales industry and siphon out the majority of the money in the market.

While 90% of Americans consume audio content on a daily basis, the virtual entirety of all audio advertisements are sold through highly inefficient methods. Audio content providers currently need to either hire their own sales teams, which is too large of a resource demand for many organizations, or work with a sales rep firm, who generally charge commissions of 55% or higher on ad sales.

Our proprietary platform connects premium publishers directly with major brands and ad agencies looking to buy into advertising opportunities that fit exactly within their target demographic.

We offer our services at far superior rates to traditional sales rep firms, charging only 18% platform fees to both publishers and advertisers conducting transactions through our platform. Publishers are able to receive sponsorship from major companies they would otherwise be unable to negotiate with directly, and advertisers gain access to a wealth of data that we collect on our publisher's audiences as well as advanced features and services, such as our ability to guarantee that advertisers running campaigns on a cost per thousand impressions model that they will never be billed for any advertisement that has not been heard in it's entirety by a real user.
