Steve Gross holds a Masters Degree in Entertainment Business, a Bachelors degree in Entertainment Business, has 15 years of professional music, management and tour experience, and is a consultant for the three world leaders in instrument manufacturing and sales. With his knowledge and experience Steve is in charge of daily operations, scouting, signing and developing talent, as well as planning and development through strategic partnerships.

Corie holds a Bachelors Degree in Entertainment Business and in marketing/ art design. With her background, knowledge and experience she will work hands on with artists and groups through the development and marketing stages as well as sub-contract road management, production agreements and maintain scheduled milestones for each project while advising on the latest styles and design approach in image fashion.

Jason holds a Masters Degree in Entertainment Business, and an Associates Degree in financial planning. With his background, knowledge and experience he will work hands on with artists and groups through the development and marketing stages as well as sub-contract road management, production agreements and maintain scheduled milestones for each project while advising on financial aspects of the business.
