Ronald Rockwell RichCEO and Founder
Ron Rich is Founder and CEO of ARI with a BS in Aerospace/Mechanical Eng. from Princeton and a MS in Civil/Environmental Eng. from Stanford. His strong technical background in alternative and renewable energy at Honeywell and environmental science propelled him to start-up and run (as CEO) two previous energy firms. Ron founded ARI in 1994 and successfully pivoted the company in 2005 to focus on the unique laser gas analysis ARI sells today.

Jeffrey Woodson’s background includes strategic, financial and “go-to-market” planning. He advises ARI in business operation efforts, strategic planning and fund raising for the company. His experience includes 11 years as President/CEO of Transfomation Systems, Inc. where he took the company from start-up to $10M in total sales; VP – Director of R&D for Huntingdon USA where he took 3 state R&D Divisions from $2.5M to $10M in three years.

Alan TrowbridgeSoftware Development Manager
He has worked at ARI for 14 years and also as an environmental consultant. His Bachelor of Mathematics degree and computer-related extension coursework were received from the University of Minnesota. He has 20 years experience in industrial equipment and control software development. He is responsible for the assembly, testing and servicing of ARI’s products. He understands both hardware and software needs and incorporates the required changes.

Thomas HollandDirector of Operations
He has overseen production at ARI for 10 years. He has a Bachelor and a Master of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering and Mechanics from the University of Minnesota. He worked for Honeywell International serving as Control Systems R&D Manager of an engineering group with a budget of $4.5 M. The group designed, analyzed, developed and tested prototype control systems and products for Honeywell’s $6 B Home & Building Control business unit.

Charles RichBusiness Development Manager
He has worked at ARI since graduating from Hamline University with a degree in Management in 2010. Charles has previous experience in an internship with a small business consolidating their business development efforts. He now works at ARI to help consolidate business development quoting activities, marketing efforts, trade shows, and communications.
