    CSO

    Andreas Jeromin has led biomarker qualification programs in diagnostics and therapeutics in acute neurological injury. This included several drug development program from proof-of-concept to phase III trials. He has been the chief science officer of NextGenSciences, a CRO and Dx-business centered around MRM-based assays for clinical diagnostics. He has also directed business development strategies of biotech companies in IVD diagnostics.

  • Eric Simon
    COO

    Dr. Simon has extensive experience in the application of mass spectrometry to proteomics and related fields. He spent six years at the University of Michigan where he developed new technologies to the effectiveness of mass spectrometry for measuring proteins. Among his recent achievements, Dr. Simon developed a 50-plex MRM panel for plasma proteins at NextGen Sciences that accrued almost one million dollars in revenue in under four months.

  • Hans-Hermann Mindermann

    Mr. Mindermann is a corporate governance and financial communications expert. In 1984 he joined the investment banking department of Commerzbank AG. He created the first investor relations program of a German financial institution and was in charge of Europe’s largest IPO and share placement. Since 1999, he has been advising startups in Germany, other European countries, and the US.

  • Manfred Frey

    Mr. Frey is an entrepreneur, business angel and venture manager helping fast growing technology companies both on the financial as on the strategic side. He is an active and formative member of several boards of medium-sized companies including Information Dimensions Inc., Data Corporation Inc. & KCP Ltd. He has a master's degree in techno/economics from the University of Karlsruhe.
