In association with experts in sports medicine, Athletek has developed a unique combination of design and materials technology that we believe will transform participation in activities that are inherently subject to collisions at high velocity, such as football, hockey, snow sports, and many others.

The first product – a smart protective device for the neck and spine – is in the final stage of development. First revenues are expected in 2016.

    Mr. Flug's career started at Honeywell in the Aero Space division in MN, on the Apollo program. He later joined K-G Research, an ASME fabrication company as Senior Vice President of Production. Presently Mr. Flug is employed with a $55 million international engineering firm in sales and special projects. Mr. Flug attended the University of Minnesota and the University of River Fall Wisconsin

  • Mr Przonek’s career began on Wall Street with several major international security firms. He has been an entrepreneur in the healthcare sector for more than 20 years, taking the concept of diagnostic centers based on Open-MRI technology from a start-up to 20 centers in 5 states and a successful sale to a NYSE-listed healthcare company. Mr Przonek earned a BS Degree in Business & Finance from St. Johns University.

    Mr. Flug began as Chief Technology & Solution Architect for VMS Inc. He served as Enterprise Architect for the Security Exchange Commission, National Science Foundation, USPTO & the U.S. Justice Depart. He served as Chief Technology Officer for CTO Corp. & Data Solution Architect for Caesars Entertainment, NV. Mr. Flug holds a BS in Computer Science & Manufacturing & technical certifications in CAD/CAM & Robotics Applications.

    Dr. Morris is currently President of Franconia Consulting, a medical
    product development & support consultant, he served as Vice President of Operations, Travanti Pharma Inc., served 10 years as Director of R & D, & Senior Scientist for Diametrics Medical, served as Research & Staff Scientist, Medtronic. He received his B.A. in Chemistry, a M.S. in Chemistry, & a Ph.D. in Chemistry. His Doctoral thesis was research of polymer solution.
