Eduardo Tinoco, founder and President. Mr. Tinoco graduated from the college of engineering in San Jose State University with concentration on computer electronics and a minor on Business management. He has over 11 years of experience on product manufacturing and R &D. He has patents on photonics and microwave technology. One of his goals in life is the propagation of wireless Gigabit backhaul network.

Terry McManus, founder and Executive Vice President. Mr. McManus brings over 25 years of management and executive experience and has a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University. Terry started out his career as an engineering specialist traveling throughout the U.S. and Canada for Dana Corporation and The Allen Bradley Company.
