As a key player in multiple tech organizations Tom upped the value of new companies 15-30 times their initial worth in one to three years. He holds an MBA from SDSU, BSEE from Carnegie Mellon and holds five patents in telecommunications technologies.

Steve Morley is a name well-known among startups, mainly because he has founded, advised, or consulted with more a dozen of them. Steve’s 21 years in leadership roles launched multiple business units from startup to maturity at Qualcomm Incorporated, helping the company grow from 10 to more than 10,000 employees. Steve received a MSEE from Stanford, a BSEE from University of California, Irvine, and holds more than 30 patents.

Bob LaRose received a Philmore cat whisker crystal radio set for Christmas at the age of 10 and that was it. He fell in love with radio. He pursued that passion & received a BSEE from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He found an interest in the marketing and sales of communications systems that led him to executive management positions in domestic and international companies, like Harris, STORNO, Datron, and Raytheon.

Ed is the resident RF wireless technology expert; developing leading edge cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, & other comm products. His 24 years experience is in companies large & small, fusing innovation with product development to produce cutting-edge products. Ed designed systems for RF Solutions, TurboNet, Public Wireless, Nextivity, Motorola, TV/COM and E-Systems. Ed graduated from Villanova with a BSEE and MSEE from University of Pennsylvania
