We have created a business model for mid-sized assisted living facilities (homes for the elderly and disabled). These facilities will offer world class design and amenities in a 22 room (36 beds) home-style setting. Our success is derived from building mid-assisted living facilities and making the facilities look like a luxury home. We have found that the market is in very high demand for assisted living in a home-style feel.
