William D. Bedor, CPACFO
Bill is a graduate of the UNH Whittemore School of Business and a CPA. A former employee of Ernst and Young, he established a successful CPA firm in South Carolina before selling it to partner with his family in the purchase, successful renovation and sale of the Mount Washington Hotel in NH. He is an active board member of the Cog Railway and CFO of a NH biofuels firm. Bill has been a senior executive and investor in ASSIST-U.S. since 2007.

A former Air Force Colonel and Systems Acquisition Officer for airborne communications systems, Gerald’s BA and MBA are from Western New England, his MS in systems management and aerospace operations from USC. He brought 20+ years experience as a program director, vice president and general manager in high tech Internet and data communications firms, including BBN Technologies, Cable & Wireless and Sonus Networks, to ASSIST-U.S. in 2010.

Carolyn AbbottDirector, Marketing Communications
Company co-founder 30 years experience as a training and performance improvement specialist/communications consultant in high-tech , supporting large and small business. She has a B.A. in English and Masters in Education communications/telecomm industries.
She is currently responsible for the company’s marketing communications initiatives and programs. -
Bruce SeibertProduct Manager
Company co founder. A military veteran aircraft repairman and crew chief. A Vietnam veteran he crewed on several surveillance aircraft in country. Mr. Seibert has over 30 years in general aviation as a pilot, small business manager, and experimental aircraft builder.
He also worked for the Department of Homeland Security Transportation Security Administration (TSA) -
Tina BedorAccounting, HR and Office Manager
A University of New Hampshire graduate and arny reserve veteran. Subsequently as an accountant and office manager, she managed the accounting, payroll, tax and consulting needs of hundreds of small business clients for her husband's accounting firm.
Mrs. Bedor manages all the accounting, human resource, and administrative needs of those businesses.
She is one of the founding members of ASSIST-U.S. -
Rick BartleCAO/CTO
Former Airport Operations Supervisor at Pease International Airport. Directed Flight Operations and Aviation School at Daniel Webster College. Rick has led the technological integration of the ASSIST-US sensor systems as well as developed the complete flight operations program. He is a member of the Concord Airport Advisory Board and multiple aviation associations
