Karoliina has a long career as a fashion and portrait photographer and Creative Director. She has graduated with a BA from University for the Creative Arts (Rochester) and with a Master of Arts from the University for Arts London. She founded Alvar Magazine, which at the time was sold in 16 countries worldwide. She has photographed for clients such as Vogue, Elle, Marimekko, L’Oreal, and Microsoft among others.

Sweden-native LA-based with 15 years of experience in the fashion industry and a Master's Degree in fashion design from London College of Fashion. Held positions at Rodebjer, House of Dagmar, Stella McCartney, Calvin Klein, and since 2015 built new sustainable US-based brands that have been recognized by Vogue, Forbes, etc. and sold at Barneys, Selfridges, Bergdorf Goodman, Holt Renfrew, etc.

Vera has Master of Science in Economics, and has a good understanding of finance, growth, and marketing of business. Alongside working as Growth Marketing Director at ASK Scandinavia, Vera works at Nissan Motor Corporation with strategic marketing.

Katri has extensive experience in the fashion industry in the intersection of fashion and business including tech, having worked as a startup mentor with numerous leading fashion businesses in London, teaching MA Entrepreneurship at London College of Fashion, and the past years focusing on new technology innovations at Zalando, the largest online fashion retailer in Europe.
