David A. Waskom lives in Natchitoches, LA. He received a BS degree in Accounting from Northwestern State University. He opened his own private practice in 1977. His accounting practice has three locations in Louisiana and 30 employees. He has served on the Board of several corporations. He served as President of the Sunrise Credit Union in CO. David also serves as the Hurricane Disaster Relief Coordinator for Kiwanis International.

Dr. Carrie Carda lives in Poplar Bluff, MO. She attended medical school at Ross University in New York. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Indianapolis, IN. In her practice, among other things, she has specialized in women’s urological health since 1996. She serves as President of the Physicians Professional Indemnity Assoc. Dr. Carda is an Advanced Fellow in Anti-Aging, Regenerative and Functional Medicine.

Dr. Jamie Wright lives in Portage, MI and has extensive professional experience in achieving Life Change Through Wellness. Dr. Wright is board certified AntiAging Medicine by the American Academy of AntiAging Medicine and in Obstetrics and Gynecology and had his own practice for 4 years in Natchitoches, LA. Dr. Wright is completing a Masters Degree in Metabolic and Nutritional Medicine.

Rachel lives in Natchitoches, LA and received her BA degree in Commercial Graphic Design from Northwestern State University in 2008. Rachel has been with Ashlar Medical since May 2008. She originally oversaw all product graphic design, branding, trademarking, and copywriting. She also oversees all marketing designs, product look and feel, product manuals, and course work being developed for training.

Marty lives in Goldonna, LA and received his BS Degree in Accounting from McNeese State University in 1981. Marty has been with Ashlar Medical since October 2009. Marty has an extensive background as an internal accountant for the various companies for which he has worked. His primary duties are financial statement preparation and regularly updating and/or developing new financial projection models for the CEO and Board.

Shannon lives in Mobile, AL and is a Registered Nurse. She has over 20 years experience as an OR nurse and 8 years as a Urodynamics nurse and technician. Along with the two doctors on our Board, Shannon has helped develop software content and functionality. She also trains all customers on how to use our equipment.

David Caston lives in Ruston, LA and received his BS degree in Management from Louisiana Tech. He received a MBA and MS degree in Health Administration from the Univ. of Alabama in 2000. He then worked in administrative capacities in 3 different hospitals. He started Impact Healthcare Solutions in 2008; it provides consulting and management services for physician offices and hospitals throughout LA and MS.

Jesse lives in Natchitoches, LA and received his Engineering degrees from Northwestern State University in 2008. Jesse has been with Ashlar Medical since May 2008 and he currently oversees all hardware and software development and all manufacturing design updates and upgrades.

Scott lives in Nashville, TN and has over 14 years experience in the urodynamics industry. Scott is a nurse who has found his niche in sales and support because of his direct "hands-on" knowledge in the medical industry. Scott brings a working knowledge of the urodynamics industry and sales landscape. He also has experience in building a sales force.

Steve lives in Hemphill, TX and has over 15 years of experience in the product development industry. Ashlar hired Steve as a consultant to bring his expertise of all facets of the product development process to the table.
