David Mattes spent 13 years applying R&D innovations to Boeing’s manufacturing environments, with a focus on secure communications. In 2005 he was the co-inventor of the Secure Overlay Networks solution being commercialized by Asguard Networks. Since then David has led a team of Boeing R&D and IT technologists to develop, deploy, scale, and standardize this solution. In Dec 2011, David was nominated for the Boeing R&D Engineer of the Year

A veteran of Boeing's R&D organization, Ludwin has more than 20 years of software development experience. He has led development teams with a focus on disciplined, agile development and cybersecurity. Ludwin has a PhD in Computer Science from Universität Essen and MS in Computer Science and Business Administration.

Lucas has more than 15 years of international experience in product management, technical project management and software development. Lucas began his career as a software engineer at Alstom, a Fortune 500 company that provides power and rail solutions and services across the globe. Lucas then transitioned to Seattle’s startup scene where he focused on product and project management. BS in CS from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Rod has more than 30 years of sales and support leadership experience in industrial automation related fields and a background in engineering. Rod founded and sold several companies in process control, network security (4G-US), IT, and CAE (Simmetrix). He co-founded Simmetrix Inc., a CAD/CAE engineering service and solutions provider, where he served as President and CEO for 3 years. Rod received a BSEE from the University of Wisconsin.
