Mike is the founder of Artiphon and the inventor of the INSTRUMENT 1. He holds an M.A. in Philosophy and a Ph.D. in Sound Studies from Virginia Tech, has toured the country as a multi-instrumentalist, taught as a professor of sociology, and consulted around the world as a consumer electronics designer.

Kevin’s 35 years of experience in the music industry include the design of the first digital audio recorder and pioneering high-resolution audio recording. He has extensive experience in hardware engineering and Chinese contract manufacturing.

Arne's 20+ years in the music industry includes engineering/mixing some of the top electronic concerts and festivals in the world, managing product lines worth $80M/year at Line6 and Yamaha, and helping to develop and launch the INSTRUMENT 1.

With over 15 years experience in engineering leadership at National Instruments and Moog Music, Eric brings efficiency and expertise across all of Artiphon's development areas including mechanical, electrical, firmware, and software development.
