    With a degree in Resource Management from the University of Colorado Gary has been involved field services industry since 1983. He managed the day-to-day operations of a regional company providing route services until 1989 when he joined Academy Corporation where he developed and managed Academy's national service division known as ARS and led it to more than 10 years of profitability. In 2009 Gary was named GM of the newly formed ARS Services.

    Manager of Field Operations

    Mark joined Academy in 2006 after a productive career with: (A) CPI Photo as Health & Safety Manager; (B) Fox Photo, Inc., He was responsible for all EH & S issues, and risk management. He managed corporate vehicles, repairs & maintenance for over 850 retail locations; (C) Wolf Camera, as Environmental Specialist, (D)Ritz Camera, their Environmental, Health & Safety Manager.

    Sales & Business Development

    Don joined the ARS sales team in March 2010 to implement marketing activities. Don has been the director of two major nation-wide depot repair groups, where he was instrumental in opening doors to fortune 100 corporations. Previous to his sales and marketing experience Don served as VP at Stealth Corporation; a Sun Clone manufacturer. Throughout his career Don has focused on building relationships in China, Japan, Taiwan and the Pacific Rim.

  • Danny Montes
    Production Manager

    Since joining Academy in 1988, Danny has the shown the ability to manage inventories and product manufacturing. Danny is a team player who puts the safety of the work place and the well-being of his staff as his top priority. His management of inventory control through his adherence to Lean Manufacturing and 5S management has helped keep production costs within goals to insure a constant quality, on-time delivery, and profitability.

  • David Capozzolo
    Field Operations Coordinator

    Prior to joining the ARS Services team in 2010, David was the Lead Project and Contractor Manager at Rhombus Services for 5 years. His roles included: scheduling all large projects; recruiting/training of contractors; compensation negotiations; customer liaison for customer projects and service contracts; and conflict management and invoicing. Dave has a special ability to coordinate customers needs with technician skills to insure success.
