Mr. Greenberg is the founder of OCP. His role is developing deal flow, raising capital and creating sales and marketing strategies for all the portfolio companies. He has been president of companies in the textile, manufactured packaging, and automotive manufacturing industries. Greenberg has dramatically increased sales, expanded product lines, and improved quality while running these companies.

Mr. Barr is a principal of OCP and has administrative and general management experience in multiple industries. He has been president of a specialty construction firm, an insurance company. He has developed and implemented employee retention programs. His management philosophy is based on employee and customer retention, and strategic customer acquisition. He attended the University of Wisconsin.

Mr. Mann brings over 10 years of varied business and legal experience to his role as Vice President. A former corporate attorney, his operational experience includes day-to-day company operations for a parking services management company, operations management at an apparel manufacturing company. Mr. Mann graduated cum laude from Harvard University in 1997 with an AB degree in Government, and a JD degree from the Northwestern School of Law 2002
