He has over 30 years of project management, contracting & engineering experience for both commercial & industrial projects particularly in construction of power plants, sub-stations & industrial factories & commercial buildings. He received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Philippines and was a MS in Engineering student at Texas A&M University.
