ARQCapital Partners is an SME focused private equity fund that deploys capital through structured credit and quasi-equity instruments to provide exit visibility to our investors. The intention is to focus on selected 20 SMEs to progress with as their business size grows for the initial 5m. The number of SME target will be adjusted for subsequent funds (USD 25m followed by USD125m) subject to counterparty limits set by internal risk criteria.
