Business Model:
1) Monthly Recurring Revenue: We provide our Analytics Platform to 28 banks & prepaid programs. i.e. US Bank uses ARM to determine financial performance & fraud detection across their branches.

2) Big Data Analysis: Since ARM collects over 2M transactions per day from the SaaS product above, ARM creates "Big Data" products directly from the same Platform. i.e. merchant analysis, consumer demographics, credit scoring, etc.

Prior to GE, Randy was a management consultant at PwC, focused primarily on global software and technology projects.

Gopi joined ARM Insight from MyProcess, where he was an executive VP for product development, project management & operations. Prior to MyProcess, Gopi worked at Serena, responsible for the Company's flagship product and managed software development teams from 3 different continents.
