He spent 14 years on Wall Street in structured finance, beginning at Bear Stearns in mortgage analytics and running Royal Bank of Scotland's Asset-Backed Securities Structuring team. He later founded ProtEquity Group, a fintech mortgage startup, before transitioning into hospitality and operating ventures. Sam holds dual degrees from UCLA and is a lifelong boater.

Nathalie brings her LVMH and AmorePacific luxury branding background to define ARKHAUS as a hospitality-forward luxury product. She leads brand, marketing, communications, and the guest experience, translating years of service-oriented luxury work into the design language, member journey, and editorial voice that distinguish ARKHAUS resorts in the world's most competitive waterfront markets. She holds a degree from Franklin & Marshall.
