My business model is a simple one: connect clients with banks/lenders. I will then be acting as a broker of these loans. Operating a business this way will eliminate the need to be licensed in every state. This will also allow our clients to obtain lower interest rates on these loans. Also because of these partnerships we can work with a variety of lenders and banks that can offer better products for our clients.
