Dean has over 15 years experience as an IT professional in senior management roles. He is a CISSP and CISA, and has managed IT organizations in shipping and insurance industries. He is a graduate of Old Dominion University (BA) and Northeastern University (MBA).

20 years in the field, his knowledge spans from accounting to technical consulting and developing software/applications experience with specific expertise in Application Development and Languages, Database Platforms and Development, Operating Systems, and Reporting Business Intelligence Applications. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech and is actively involved in the latest industry trends.

Michael has over 25 years experience in public accounting and consulting. He is a published author and co-editor of the Audits of Financial Institution Manual by Thompson Publishing and co-authors the PPC's Guide to PCAOB Audits. A member of the AICPA, he was a former member of the Auditing Standards Board. Michael is graduate of Virginia Tech.
