Arcato is led by Bob Jordan who serves as Chief Executive Officer. For the past 25 years, Bob has managed numerous companies and startups from a wide range of industries. Bob has a proven background in corporate turnarounds, strategic planning, and leadership development.

Arcato’s sales and marketing efforts will be led by Matt Loecke, as Arcato’s Chief Marketing Officer. Matt is a 15-year veteran of sales and marketing leadership, first serving as Vice President of Sales for a Chapel Hill-based media firm leading a field sales force of 30 regional sales managers and over 600 sales personnel. Currently, Matt serves as a consultant to companies in an array of industries including animal health and pharmaceuticals

Co-founder of Arcato and co-inventor of OraWax™ is Michael Jay, Ph.D., who serves as Chief Scientific Officer. Dr. Jay is a professor and distinguished chair of the division of molecular pharmaceutics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and is an expert on drug delivery and formulations.
