After completing his education, Rob joined what became the Raymond Hausman Group eventually acting as COO. Mr. Swayne was responsible for the operational and financial management of $130 million in annual sales and a staff of 500 employees. Over the past 15 years he has been providing management consulting services to a variety of clients. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University, Ontario and qualified as a CA in Ontario.

Mr. Sewell has over 24 years of sales and operations experience in the Ottawa manufacturing sector. Prior to ARC, Steve was Director of Sales & Marketing at Fineline Fabrications Inc. & Vice President of Operations at Pearce Stainless Inc., specializing in clean room and lab applications. Steve excels in sales and was the founder of ARC Stainless. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Poli Sci, Economics & Languages from University of Waterloo.

Julie has 30 years of experience in business administration and implementing financial controls, having managed projects up to $5 million and supervising up to 75 employees. Prior to joining ARC, Julie was Business Manager and an owner at J.R. Noel Plaster Limited and A.B.B.L.O. Construction Inc. Julie has completed accounting, economics & marketing courses at the University of Ottawa and Algonquin College.

Mark has over 25 years of experience in the product development field. He started his career at Bell Northern Research where he worked for almost nine years before continuing on for a further nine years at Nortel Networks. In 2004, he joined the NRC in the Institute of Microstructure Sciences as a Technical Officer prior to joining Arc. Mark holds a diploma as an Electronics Engineering Technician from Algonquin College.
