Mr. Norych, Esq. currently oversees the operations of Arbitration Resolution Services, Inc.,.

For over thirty years Mr. Norych has been involved in the collection, litigation and arbitration of
claims on behalf of insurance companies, car rental companies and other major corporations.

Mr. Norych graduated Cum Laude from Brooklyn College with a BA in political science and a JD at the University of San Diego School of Law.

Mr. Weber manages the operations of Arbitration Resolution Services.

Mr. Weber has extensive business experience in both the public and the private sector managing complicated projects and
overseeing successful operations in financial institutions and private businesses.

Mr. Weber earned a degree from Florida Institute of Technology and a B.A. in Finance from Texas State.

Mr. Law is the software architect for the company’s State of the Art online resolution system. Mr. Law holds a BS in Math and Computer Science from Furman University, where he conducted research under a NASA grant. Mr. Law also holds a MS degree in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Mr. Friedman, Esq. is an expert in arbitration in the United States, and brings extensive industry experience to ARS. He is a former Senior Vice President of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and Executive Vice President and Director of Dispute Resolution for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Mr Friedman earned a BA in political science from Queens College in Hew York and a JD from Rutgers Law School.

Mr. Wood, a computer industry icon, co-founded Citrix Systems, the global software company that has grown into a multi-billion dollar public company. Prior to launching Citrix in 1989, he held management positions in two other large computer companies, including Burroughs (now Unisys) and Data General (now EMC).

Mr. Wood earned a BS in Computer Science from the University of Delaware in 1973.

Ms. Winans is a social media strategist and consultant who specializes in social media. She is a frequent lecturer a workshops, webinars and seminars. Ms. Winans earned a BS in Marketing and a BS in Psychology from Spring Hill College.

Perry Cronin is a CPA with over 30 years of diversified accounting, auditing, tax and consulting experience. Perry has extensive experience in start-up companies as well as publicly held companies. Perry’s previous experience includes senior manager roles with Coopers & Lybrand, now PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and Ernst & Young, LLP serving a diverse public and private client base.
