Kit spent 20 years in the financial markets working in London, New York, Tokyo and California as a Portfolio manager. His extra-curricular interest in aquaculture and the global protein deficit lead him to leave the financial industry and establish an aquaculture company to build a sustainable, environmentally friendly recirculating aquaculture system, Kit holds an MA Psychology (University of Edinburgh) and MBA (Columbia Business School).

Nico Falke is from The Netherlands and has 30 years’ experience in aquaculture working with recirculating systems and a variety of species. The last 25 years he has raised Freshwater Eel in recirculating systems. He has advanced degrees in aquaculture, water treatment and larval rearing from the University of Wageningen.
