CTO & Co-FounderDr. Brian Pinkard has previously spearheaded efforts at the University of Washington to develop mobile hydrothermal systems for the destruction of bulk chemical weapon stockpiles. Brian is a widely published expert in the field of hydrothermal processing.

CEO & Co-FounderNigel is a proven serial entrepreneur, with close ties to the Colorado and Alaskan startup ecosystems. Holds a Masters in Mechanical Engineering. Has been the Entrepreneur in Residence at multiple US academic institutions and specializes in early startup growth. Highly aligned to now build a business that also has integral social/environmental impact goals.

COO & Co-FounderChris Woodruff has a wide breadth of engineering and project management experience spanning the aerospace, consumer electronics, and construction industries. His volunteer work with Engineers Without Borders piqued his interest in projects geared toward making a social and environmental impact. Chris holds a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington with a background in system automation and controls.
