Nick is the inventor of the SurgeDrive system and founder of the company and has over 16 years of experience spanning the offshore oil and gas, aerospace and high-tech industries. He has been engaged in management, engineering and product development roles with a variety of startups, consultants and companies worldwide.

Martin brings to the company an ideal mix of engineering and business skills. As managing director of Buden Industries, our manufacturing partner, he uses his classical finance training as well as his engineering qualifications to enable a ‘we can do anything’ approach. Since 2007 AquaGen has benefited greatly from his technology development and business operations input.

Martin has over 15 years experience as a marketing and management professional globally, working in diverse industries including energy, IT, robotics, infrastructure management, professional services and music industry development. Martin's specialist skills in new business development, strategic planning and previous successes in dealing with Government agencies and new technologies will be a valuable asset in AquaGen’s development.
