We provide labor and skills reduction for supporting large, complex software applications. An easy-to-use reporting interface can provide instant answers to complex application structure and flow across disparate technologies that currently requires in-depth technical skills. Trials on a Fortune 20 complex web application reduced 38 deep tech skills engineers to a single, non-technical support person with no knowledge of the application.
