Ilya graduated from Polytechnic Institute of NYU with BS degrees in Computer Science. He founded TopCelebSites and Novasonic and spent 3 years as the engineering prime for Unified Communications in New York. In 2007 he co-founded and bootstrapped Camlink, which evolved to become Overtime — New York’s largest happy hour company with 29,000 users. Ilya is responsible for the company vision, business development, and marketing activities.

Michael graduated from St. Petersburg State University with a Master's Degree in Mathematics. He has 10 years of software development management, with the last 4 being in mobile. In 2008 Michael started DevPocket, a mobile development firm which has created over 50 applications for clients including Yandex.Weather and WikiLeaks. Michael is an expert in interaction design and is responsible for Applique’s UI design and iOS development.

Nikita graduated from Belarusian State University with a Master's Degree in Mathematics. For the last 11 years he developed and managed products for companies including Disney Mobile, EA Mobile, and Frog Design. Recently, Nikita was in charge of managing a team of 50+ mobile specialists for one of largest companies in the financial market data industry. Nikita is responsible for the technology vision and development of Applique's architecture.
