Megan started her career in the creative industry, then through a chance temp job at Domaine Chandon, made the radical change to winemaker. Thanks to the wonderfully symbiotic relationship between advertising and alcohol the transition was an easy one. Megan is now completely devoted to creating the best quality, delicious tasting ciders possible. With a keen interest in Neuro-gastronomy, some have referred to her as the Willy Wonka of cider.

Carolyn has over 13 yrs of experience in retail/wholesale. With a diverse background in buying, merchandise planning, production, product development, brand management. A specialist in developing & managing a critical path, she has worked with manufacturers in China, Hong Kong, & beyond. She understands the challenges of importing and exporting and the importance of nurturing supply chain relationships. All these skills are now used at Appleman.
