Manuel Studied Economics (Master of Science) at the LMU Munich, University of Copenhagen and University of California, Berkeley. He helped to build up foodpanda (Rocket Internet) in the Philippines.
He also founded „Recycle Up! Ghana“, a NGO focusing on empowering the Ghanaian Youth to create local solutions for the plastic waste problem in Ghana. The NGO grew to more than 100 members and won the Google Impact Challenge in 2016.

Tobias started his professional career as a system analyst in England and the USA. In the early 90’s part of the top management in a German computer firm, responsible for more than 80 employees and revenue > EUR 300 million. Founded a subsidiary firm in the Silicon Valley in the mid 90’s.After that he found the software engineering company “Incedo” in the enterprise software space focusing on Big Data, interface management, Data Warehouse.
