Jessica has over 15 years of technology integration, policy, management consulting, and strategic marketing expertise and had executive roles in beauty, environment, and IoT startups. As a Founder Institute Ambassador in South Florida, she advises new startups on ideation and plan development. Jessica is an MBA graduate of George Washington University and received her BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland.

Paul is a proven leader in enterprise strategy and risk mitigation and has transformed multiple banking centers in his previous role as a Vice President at Bank of America. He received his BA in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
