Company Summary

Bee Pollen is a naturally occurring super-food. It contains almost all nutrients required by humans to sustain life. Apipuri's vision is to enable this superfood as an ingredient in baked goods (breads and snacks), to enhance the nutritional profile. No technology currently exists enabling bee pollen to be directly added as an ingredient in a baked product. We have a patented process enabling addition of bee pollen directly into baked goods.
